本文介绍了中国和东盟国家房间空调器能效标准和标识现状,从适用产品、测试方法、能效表征指标、能效标识等方面对中国-东盟房间空调能效进行了对比,并分析了房间空调器能效标准的发展趋势。研究结果表明,中国空调器能效标准与东盟大多数国家的能效标准在能效评价体系、测试点与测试工况等方面具有很好的一致性,主要区别在于东盟国家仅考核制冷能效以及制冷季节。室外温度-发生时间曲线不同,这些差异是合理的,但导致能效数值并无可比性。各国能效标识均基于能效标准,尽管形式不同但无实质差异。能效标准的发展包括能效评价体系改进、能效指标提升、试验方法改进、产品覆盖面拓展、产品功能及技术升级适应性等各个方面,其中动态测试是一个重要的发展方向,但技术难度高,存在一定的不确定性。研究结果可为进一步提升中国和东盟国家房间空调器能效标准水平,促进区域协调提供参考。
This article introduces the current status of energy efficiency standards and labeling for room air conditioners in China and ASEAN countries. It compares the energy efficiency of room air conditioners in China and ASEAN countries from the aspects of applicable products
testing methods
energy efficiency characterization indicators
and energy efficiency labeling
and analyzes the development trend of energy efficiency standards for room air conditioners. The research results indicate that the energy efficiency standards of Chinese air conditioners are highly consistent with those of most ASEAN countries in terms of energy efficiency evaluation system
testing points
and testing conditions. The main difference is that ASEAN countries only assess refrigeration energy efficiency and refrigeration season. The differences in outdoor temperature time curves are reasonable
but they result in incomparable energy efficiency values. The energy efficiency labels of various countries are based on energy efficiency standards
although the forms are different
there is no substantial difference. The development of energy efficiency standards includes various aspects such as improvement of energy efficiency evaluation system
enhancement of energy efficiency indicators
improvement of testing methods
expansion of product coverage
adaptability of product functions and technological upgrades
etc. Among them
dynamic testing is an important development direction
but the technical difficulty is high and there is a certain degree of uncertainty. The research results can provide reference for further improving the energy efficiency standards of room air conditioners in China and ASEAN countries
and promoting regional coordination.
