半封闭活塞式制冷压缩机低温工况应用R404A的实验研究

摘要:
通过对大连三洋压缩机有限公司生产的半封闭活塞式制冷压缩机C—L150M82,分别应用R404A与R22在低温工况下的对比实验研究,来分析使用环保型制冷剂R404A替换R22的可行性。实验研究表明:第一,半封闭活塞式制冷压缩机在保持配置不变的条件下,在低温工况下,保持冷凝温度不变,使用R404A比使用R22制冷量有明显提升,随着蒸发温度的降低制冷量可提升10%~30%;第二,在冷凝温度不变条件下,使用R404A可以达到-45℃蒸发温度;第三,使用R404A后压缩机排气温度比R22有明显降低;第四,过冷过热循环对R404A系统都有明显的性能改善。

Abstract:
Experiments on a reciprocating compressor C- L150M82 using R404A and R22 were conducted under low temperature working conditions. The feasibility of replacing R22 with R404A was analyzed based on the experimental data. The results show that with the same configuration and under the low temperature working condition, the refrigerating capacity of the compressor with R404A is greatly higher than that with R22, if the condensing temperature does not change. With the falling of evaporating temperature, the capacity can rise by 10% - 30%. Moreover, at the same condensing temperature, the evaporating temperature for the compressor using R404A can reach - 45%. Furthermore, the discharge temperature of the compressor using R404A is lower than that using R22 significantly. In addition, the application of both superheat and subcool recycles can improve the performance of R404A refrigeration system.
