为解决太阳能的间歇性和不稳定性问题,将工业级石蜡作为相变储能介质应用于太阳能集热与采暖领域,对翅片管式相变储能换热器在多种工况下的换热性能开展了实验研究。重点分析了不同入口水温(45、55 ℃)与流速(0.5、1.0、1.5 m/s)对流体沿程温度分布、出口水温及换热量的影响机制,并对瞬时换热量与总换热量进行了定量计算。本研究系统揭示了流速与入口温度对相变储能换热器热行为的影响规律,所获结果可为实现太阳能供需调节设备的研发提供实验依据与理论参考。
To address the intermittency and instability of solar energy, this study applies industrial-grade paraffin as a phase-change material (PCM) to the field of solar thermal acquisition and heating. An experimental study was conducted to investigate the heat-transfer performance of a finned-tube phase-change thermal-storage heat exchanger under various operating conditions. Specifically, the effects of different inlet water temperatures (45 ℃ and 55 ℃) and flow velocities (0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 m/s) on the fluid's axial temperature distribution, outlet water temperature, and heat-transfer capacity were analyzed. Quantitative calculations were performed for both the instantaneous and total heat-transfer amounts. This study systematically reveals the effects of flow velocity and inlet temperature on the thermal behavior of a phase-change thermal-storage heat exchanger. The results provide experimental evidence and theoretical reference for the development of solar-energy supply–demand regulation devices.
