R290、R454C替代R404A在商用冰箱中的应用性能对比研究——制冷剂替代专栏

R404A在轻商设备中应用广泛,目前《基加利修正案》中明确规定了制冷剂替代进程,R454C和R290由于GWP值更低,成为商用冰箱中替代前景较好的制冷剂。为了对比这三种不同工质在商用冰箱中的应用性能,本文在焓差实验室中测试了四款不同规格的小型商用冰箱,并对比了R404A、R454C和R290系统的充注量、耗电量、材料成本与碳排放量等参数。研究结果表明,相比R404A系统,R454C系统24h耗电量可降低约5%,总碳排放量减少约15%;替换为R290后,系统充注量大大降低,仅为R404A的20.6%~34.3%,大大降低了制冷剂充注成本,且24h耗电量可降低约15%~30%,碳排放量降低25.3%~43.7%。

Comparative Study on The Performance of R404A Commercial Refrigerator Retrofitted with R290 and R454C
Abstract:
R404A is widely used in light commercial equipment, but the "Kigali Amendment" now specifies the refrigerant replacement process. R454C and R290, due to their lower global warming potential values, have become promising refrigerants for use in commercial refrigerators. To compare the application performance of these three different refrigerants in commercial refrigerators, this study was conducted in a climatic chamber to test four commercial refrigerators of different sizes. Four key parameters of R404A, R454C, and R290 systems, namely refrigerant charge amount, energy consumption, material cost, and carbon emissions, were compared. The results indicated that replacing R404A with R454C led to approximately 5% energy savings and a reduction of around 15% in carbon emissions. When using R290, the charge amount was only 20.6% to 34.3% of R404A, staying within a safe range. Additionally, the charge cost was only half that of R404A. Furthermore, the system met the performance requirements with this charge amount, leading to a reduction in energy consumption and carbon emissions by 15% to 35% and 25.3% to 43.7%, respectively.
