大型液氢储罐绝热结构发展现状及面临挑战

摘要:
作为零碳能源及实现“双碳目标”的关键技术,氢能近年来在全球范围内受到广泛关注。液氢存储由于其储氢密度大、存储压力低、能量密度高等特点,具有很大的优势。但是氢能产业化发展面临诸多关键问题,其中长期大规模存储和远距离输运等技术一直是液氢应用过程中的瓶颈,重要解决途径是发展高效的大规模液氢储运技术和设计建造绝热性能良好的大型液氢储罐。本文综述了大型液氢储罐存储技术的国内外发展现状,分析液氢在存储中的低温绝热技术、材料热应力等关键问题,指出液氢储运技术上的挑战,并对液氢存储技术的发展方向做出展望。

Development Status and Challenges of Thermal Insulation Design of Large Liquid Hydrogen Storage Tank
Abstract:
As a zero-carbon energy source and a key technology to achieve the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals", hydrogen energy has attracted wide attention worldwide in recent years. Liquid hydrogen storage has great advantages because of its characteristics of high hydrogen storage density, low storage pressure and high energy density. However, the industrial development of hydrogen energy is facing many key problems, large-scale, long-term storage and long-distance transport technologies have been the crucial problems in the process of liquid hydrogen application. So it is necessary to develop efficient liquid hydrogen storage and transportation technology and build large liquid hydrogen storage tanks with good thermal insulation performance. In this paper, the development status of large liquid hydrogen storage tank storage technology at home and abroad is reviewed, and the key problems such as cryogenic insulation and material thermal stress in storage of liquid hydrogen are analyzed. The challenges in storage and transportation technology of liquid hydrogen are pointed out, and the development direction of liquid hydrogen storage technology is prospected.
