针对防护工程内部柴油电站传统余热处理方式易造成工程口部红外暴露的问题,提出了相变蓄热型水库的三种应用方案。三种方案均可节省地下水库体积,延长工程电力保障时间,同时提高柴油电站废热利用效率。通过搭建相变蓄热系统实验台,分析了蓄热单元尺寸、换热流体流量及进口温度对蓄热水库温度分布和蓄热速率的影响。结果表明,减小单元尺寸、提高换热流体温差可明显提高水库的换热效率,而增大换热流体流量对于提高换热效率的作用不明显。 |

Aimed at the problem of infrared exposure of the gateway resulted from the traditional dealing way of surplus heat of diesel power station in protective engineering, three application schemes of the phase-change thermal storage reservoir are put forward, which can reduce underground reservoir volume , extend the time of electricity power supply and improve energy efficiency. After building an experimental table of the latent heat storage system, the effects of the unit dimension, the flux and temperature of the fluid on the temperature distribution and the heat storage rate of thermal storage reservoir are analyzed. The results show that the rate of heat transfer is significantly improved when the unit dimension decreases or temperature difference of the heat transfer fluid increases, whereas the effect of the increasing volume of the heat transfer fluid is comparatively weak. |
