两次中间补气涡旋压缩机的工作特性

摘要:
建立了涡旋压缩机两次中间补气制冷系统的计算模型,通过编制软件对系统的性能进行模拟研究。确定出开设两对补气孔时最佳补气压力的范围,归纳出最适宜的两次中间补气压力范围经验公式;针对某一款涡旋压缩机给出了补气孔的设计方法。最后,对系统的循环性能进行研究,结果表明:与中间补气系统和单级系统相比,两次中间补气系统的制冷COP分别提高2.8%和12.4%。排气温度降低3 ~ 4 ℃。

Charactoristic of Scroll Compressor Refrigeration System with Twice-Vapor Injection

Abstract:
The thermodynamic model to analyze the scroll compressor refrigeration with twice-vapor injection system has been set up and the calculation program is designed. The two suitable middle pressures are calculated, and the recommended empirical formulas are provided to calculate most suitable two stage middle pressure. Based on one scroll compressor, the method of how to make injection hole is developed. At last, the system performance is calculated, and the simulation results demonstrate that the cooling COP of new system with twice-vapor injection can be about 2.8% and 12.4% higher than that of the one hole vapor injection system and normal single stage system, the discharge temperature can decrease 3 - 4 ℃.
