带经济器的热泵性能特征研究

摘要:
在环境干球温度为-15℃、相对湿度为60%、进水温度为47.5℃的情况下,对带经济器的热泵系统进行了实验研究,结果表明:系统中存在最佳辅电子膨胀阀开度,使整机性能最佳,并分析了形成该最佳喷气工况的原因,归纳了该最佳喷气工况的两个主要特征:吸排气温度最低;辅膨胀阀后与喷入口温差最小。

Abstract:
A heat pump with economizer was studied under the following experimental conditions: inlet air dry-bulb temperature was -15℃, RH was 60%,while inlet water was 47.5℃. Data was obtained by change opening of electronic expansion valve in the injection pipe line. Result shows that there is an optimum opening for the system. The characteristic of optimum opening was analyzed and concluded as follows: lowest temperature of discharge and suctionand lowest temperature differential between electronic expansion valve’s outlet in injection pipe line and the injection point of compressor.
