吸气过热度对滚动转子压缩机性能影响的实验研究

摘要:
通过第二制冷剂量热器法压缩机性能测试台,研究了吸气过热度(包括负过热度)对滚动转子压缩机(使用R22)质量流量和输入功率等性能的影响。结果表明:在一定吸气压力和排气压力下,当正吸气过热度时,滚动转子压缩机质量流量只需修正吸气密度变化的影响即可;而当负吸气过热度(吸气带液)时,还应修正容积效率减小的影响。同时,滚动转子压缩机的输入功率几乎不随吸气过热度变化。实验为滚动转子压缩机10系数多项式性能模型的吸气过热度修正提供了有价值的参考。

Abstract:
In order to shed light on how degree of suction gas superheat affects rotary compressor(R22) performances, elaborate experiments were conducted by means of secondary fluid calorimeter test. The results show that, while both of suction and discharge pressures are fixed, mass flowrare can be corrected only by suction gas density when the degree of suction gas superheat is positive, whereas the volume efficiency decline should also be taken into account when the degree of suction gas superheat is negative; and the input power has nothing to do with the degree of suction gas superheat. The above conclusions will help to amend the degree of suction gas superheat in 10-coefficients performance model of rotary compressor.
