HCFC-22替代制冷剂HFC-161/125/32的泄漏特性理论分析

摘要:
针对HCFC-22的新型替代制冷剂HFC-161/125/32,讨论影响其泄漏性质的主要因素,建立相应的泄漏模型,得到该工质等温气相泄漏和等压气相泄漏条件下各组元质量成分的改变。在此基础上,进一步分析成分变化引起的系统循环性能的改变,以及泄漏后再充注对系统性能的影响。由于等压气相泄漏后组元成分的变化小于等温气相泄漏,因此,对于泄漏后相关性能的分析只针对等温气相泄漏进行。结果表明HFC-161替代制冷剂实际最大可能泄漏率对制冷性能的影响不超过3%,泄漏多次补充后其性能变化不超过5%,在工程上可以忽略。

Abstract:
