运载工具运输沿线外温预测方法研究

摘要:
根据定点城市的逐时历史外温和气象台天气预报数据,提出预测未来几天外温的遗忘函数法模型,并给出其函数形式以及相关参数推荐值,实验表明,该模型具有较高的预测准确度和计算简捷性;在此基础上,根据运载工具的移动速度、运输线路以及运输沿线区域内各城市的逐时外温预测值,建立了基于地图的运输沿线逐时外温预测模型,并以采用蓄冷剂的保温运输车为例给出了相应的外温预测方法。

Research on Prediction Algorithm for Outdoor Air Temperature along Transportation Line

Abstract:
According to the historical records of outdoor air temperature(OAT)in a certain city and the weather fore-cast report from the observatory,an algorithm with oblivion function to predict OAT in a city was proposed.The expo-nential function was used as the oblivion function and the parameter in the function was recommended.Examinations show that the prediction model of a certain city possesses a high accuracy via comparing the predicted temperatures and measured ones.Based on this prediction model,a map-based prediction algorithm for OAT along the transporta-tion lines is set up considering the location,schedule and predicted temperatures of related cities along the transporta-tion line.An example on insulated transportation was adopted to present the OAT prediction along the transportation line.
