氨水鼓泡吸收的实验研究——添加剂影响

摘要:
为了探讨添加剂对鼓泡吸收的影响,利用滴重法测量了氨水溶液在添加剂异辛醇和正辛醇作用下的表面张力;利用可视化方法研究了氨水的鼓泡吸收特性。研究结果显示,少量添加剂可以使氨水溶液的表面张力迅速降低:当添加剂浓度一定时,在氨水浓度较低情况下,氨水的表面张力随着氨水浓度的增加而增加,但是,当氨水浓度超过10%以后,氨水溶液的表面张力反而随着氨水浓度的增加而降低;鼓泡吸收过程中,氨气流量对鼓泡频率影响较小,但是流量增大会导致最大气泡体积、最大吸收高度、以及单个气泡的舍伍德数增大;对于单个气泡而言,在一定浓度范围内,添加剂正辛醇和异辛醇可以强化鼓泡吸收。

Experimental Study of Influence of Additives on Ammonia Bubble Absorption
Abstract:
To investigate the effects of additives such as 2-EH,1-Octanol,on the ammonia bubble absorption,surface tensions of aqueous ammonia with additives were measured by a drop weight method,and performances of absorption of ammonia vapor from an orifice into water were recorded by a video camera and analyzed.In the case with additives,the surface tension decreased significantly. For a given additive concentration,the surface tension of aqueous ammonia increased with the increase of the ammonia when the concentration was less than 10%. However,the surface tension decreased when the concentration was more than 10%.During the bubble absorption process,the ammonia vapor flow rate had little effect on the bubble generative frequency,however,the maximum bubble volume,the maximum absorption height,and the Sherwood number for a single bubble increased when the flow rate of ammonia vapor increased.For a single absorption cycling,the additives 2-EH and 1-Octanol with a suitable concentration range might enhance the heat and mass transfer.
