摘要

蒸发式冷却器因其明显的高效、节能优势

在制冷及其他工业领域中得到了广泛的应用。由于蒸发式冷却器的换热过程涉及质扩散和气液两相流

其性能涉及的相关因素较多

所以针对一套完整的蒸发式冷却器进行性能测试

以分析这些因素对蒸发式冷却器能的影响。实验结果表明

降低管内冷却水流量

增加风量和喷淋水量均可提高蒸发式冷却器的冷却效率。对于结构参数及工艺参数一定的蒸发式冷却器

影响其性能最大的因素为风量

其次为环境湿球温度

再次为喷淋水量。

Abstract

Due to its advantage of high-efficiency and energy-savings

evaporative cooler has been widely used in refrigeration and other industrial areas.The heat transfer process includes mass diffusion and gas-liquid two-phase flow
