香菇干燥是防止香菇出现腐烂、褐变等问题的一种有效方法,而在干燥过程中,装填密度对系统性能及干燥品质均具有重要影响。基于新设计的准双级补气增焓热泵闭式干燥系统,实验研究了不同香菇装填密度对水分比、干燥速率、系统能效比(COP
sys
)、单位能耗除湿量(SMER)、单位能耗干燥量及复水比的影响规律。结果表明:在干燥室送风温度为55 ℃和循环风量为580 m
3
/h的条件下,随着装填密度从1.5 kg/m
2
增至3.0 kg/m
2
,香菇干燥速率逐渐下降,平均COP
sys
、平均SMER、单位能耗干燥量及复水比均先增大后减小;当装填密度为2.4 kg/m
2
时,平均SMER、单位能耗干燥量和复水比均取得最大值,分别为0.320 kg/(kW·h)、0.391 kg/(kW·h)和3.6;当装填密度为2.7 kg/m
2
时,平均COP
sys
取得最大值4.22。
Drying of
Lentinus edodes
is an effective method to prevent problems such as rotting and browning. During the drying process
the loading density has a significant impact on system performance and drying quality. Based on a newly designed quasi-two-stage enhanced vapor injection heat pump closed drying system
the effects of different loading densities of
Lentinus edodes
on moisture ratio
drying rate
coefficient of performance of the system (COP
sys
)
specific moisture extraction rate (SMER)
drying capacity per unit energy consumption
and rehydration ratio were experimentall
y investigated. The results showed that when the drying air supply temperature was 55 ℃ and the circulating air volume was 580 m
3
/h
the drying rate of
Lentinus edodes
decreased gradually with the loading density in the drying chamber
from 1.5 kg/m
2
to 3.0 kg/m
2
. Meanwhile
the average COP
sys
average SMER
drying capacity per unit energy consumption
and rehydration ratio increased first and then decreased. When the loading density was 2.4 kg/m
2
the average SMER
drying capacity per unit energy consumption
and rehydration ratio reached the maximum values of 0.320 kg/(kW·h)
