本文基于两器(蒸发器、冷凝器)系统台架,对制冷剂侧入口铝管内径分别为5mm、8mm、12mm和15mm的电池冷却器换热性能进行实验,研究了不同入口铝管内径对该电池冷却器压降和换热功率的影响。在两种不同的工况条件下,该电池冷却器入口铝管内径从5mm增加到8mm的过程中工况一压降从231.5kPa降低到52kPa,工况二压降从262.5kPa降到111.7kPa,且质量流量和换热功率均增加;入口铝管内径从8mm增加到15mm的过程中工况一压降从52kPa降低到13.6kPa,工况二压降从111.7kPa降到30.8kPa,与此同时电池冷却器的质量流量和换热功率均降低。在两种不同的工况下换热功率均在8mm管径下达到最大值,工况一为9214.7W,工况二为13698.1W。通过将不同入口铝管管径与换热功率拟合关系式可以匹配合适的入口管径以获得最大的换热功率。
Inthis paper
based on a two-unit (evaporator and condenser) system bench
theheat transfer performance of a chiller with refrigerant-side IATID (inletaluminium tubes inner diameters) of 5mm

and 15mm respectively wasexperimented
and the effects of different IATID on the pressure drop and heattransfer power of the chiller were investigated. Under two different workingconditions
the IATLD of the chiller was increased from 5mm to 8mm
thepressure drop in working condition 1 was reduced from 231.5kPa to 52kPa
thepressure drop in working condition 2 was reduced from 262.5kPa to 111.7kPa
andthe mass flow rate and the heat transfer power were both increased; and thepressure drop in working condition 1 was reduced from 52kPa to 13.6kPa
thepressure drop in working condition 2 was reduced from 111.7kPa to 30.8kPa
andthe mass flow rate and the heat transfer power were both decreased when the IATIDwas increased from 8mm to 15mm. The heat transfer power reaches the maximumvalue at 8mm IATID under two different conditions
which is 9214.7W forcondition 1 and 13698.1W for condition 2. By fitting the relationship betweenthe different IATIDs and the heat transfer power
we can match the appropriate IATIDto obtain the maximum heat transfer power.
