以R32为工质的准二级压缩热泵系统实验研究

摘要:
为研究以R32为工质的准二级压缩热泵系统的循环性能,搭建了以R32为工质的热泵实验系统并进行相关研究。研究结果表明,在冷凝温度40℃,蒸发温度在-10~-5℃时,用R32的准二级压缩热泵系统与采用相同工质的单级系统相比,排气温度降低10~20℃,并能控制在130℃以内,保证了机组的安全运行;制热量提高了12%,制热COPh随中间补气压力的不同而高于或低于单级压缩系统,相对补气压力的适宜值范围为0.9~1.1。

Abstract:
In order to investigate the heating performance of quasi two-stage compression heat pump system using R32, an experimental setup was established. The results showed that the discharge temperature of the quasi two-stage compression heat pump system was 10℃~20℃ lower than that of the single stage compression system, not exceeding the limit of 130℃, and the heat pump can steadily run for long time under the condensing temperature of 40℃ and the evaporating temperature varying from -10 to -5℃. The heating capacity of the quasi two-stage compression system with R32 is 12% higher than that of the single stage compression system, and the heating COPh depending on the intermediate vapor pressure is higher or lower than that of single stage compression system, and the suitable comparative value of intermediate vapor pressure is 0.9~1.1.
