溶液调湿过程气液界面RBM效应的实验研究

摘要:
分析了液体调湿过程产生RBM效应的机理,考察了除湿和再生过程的RBM效应以及RBM效应对热质传递性能的影响。结果表明:气液热质交换导致液膜温度、密度在径向和流向方向分布不均,形成表面张力梯度和密度梯度,引发RBM效应;RBM效应严重影响传热传质效率和润湿率,影响程度因热质交换条件不同差异很大。

Abstract:
Mechanism of RBM effects in liquid desiccant process was analyzed. Experiments were conducted to test RBM effect in the process of dehumidification and regeneration, as well as RBM effects on performance of heat and mass transfer. The results show that: RBM effect is triggered by the surface tension gradient and density gradient in radial and flow direction, which are caused by heat and mass transfer between air and solution. RBM effect has significant effect on the efficiency of heat and mass transfer rate and wetting rate,and the effect varies greatly due to different heat and mass exchange conditions .
