| 通过跟踪试验，考察了青椒采用铁路机械冷藏车进行长途冷藏运输的情况。通过对运输过程中车内温度的变化进行理论与试验分析，对作业组织和货物质量进行了探讨，提出了改善运输方法、提高运输质量的具体建议。 |

| By tracing experiment,we review the long distance transportation of green pepper with railway mechanically refrigerated car.This paper analyzes the change of temperature theoretically and experimentally,organization and quality in transport experiment,and put forward some suggestions for improving transport methods and quality. |
