摘要

为研究新型环保混合制冷剂的性能，本研究采用化工模拟软件，针对三级自复叠制冷系统，模拟了非共沸混合制冷工质R1234yf/R116/R14在不同组分配比下的压缩机排气温度、压缩功、蒸发器蒸发温度、系统制冷量和COP，通过已有实验数据对比验证了模型的准确性，对本次模拟的结果进行了对比分析。结果表明：在不同组分配比下，压缩机工况和蒸发温度较为接近，而组分配比为0.5/0.27/0.23时，系统制冷量和COP最大，性能最佳。本文将新型环保制冷剂R1234yf引入自复叠制冷系统中，以R1234yf/R116/R14为混合制冷剂进行了模拟研究，为其后续的应用提供了理论依据。

Abstract

In order to study the performance of the new environment-friendly refrigerant mixture

chemical simulation software was used in this study to simulate the compressor exhaust temperature

compression work

evaporator evaporation temperature

system cooling capacity and COP of the non-azeotropic refrigerant R1234yf/R116/R14 under different component ratios for the three-stage self-cascading refrigeration system. The accuracy of the model is verified by comparing the existing experimental data

and the simulation results are compared and analyzed. The results show that the compressor operating conditions and evaporation temperature are close to each other under different component ratios

and the cooling capacity and COP of the system are the largest and the performance is the best when the component ratio is 0.5/0.27/0.23. In this paper

a new environmentally friendly refrigerant R1234yf is introduced into the self-cascade refrigeration system

and R1234yf/R116/R14 is used as the mixed refrigerant for simulation research

which provides a theoretical basis for its subsequent application.
