摘要

五年来

通过对湖羊精液冷冻稀释液、冷冻工艺、输精方法等多项试验

已选出一套技术程序.冻精活力达0.45.在37℃条件下

精子生存时间10.6小时

生存指数3.33

谷草转氡酶(GOT)含量2.33单位/亿

呼吸强度(耗氧量)7.768微升/亿.在农村进行了1416头羊的试验

受胎率逐年提高

情期受胎率41.8%.1983年最高组合达75%(42/56).用1.5M DMSO/PBS冷冻保存液

对43枚湖羊早期胚胎进行冷冻并在液氮里保存.解冻34枚胚胎有24枚正常(占70.58%)

其中10枚胚胎用外科手术法移植给3头受体母羊

2头怀孕(占66.6%)

共产活羔3头.
