变截面热泵干燥舱热环境性能实验分析

摘要:
本文针对无静压层无变截面、有静压层无变截面、有静压层有变截面(角度分别为arctan (3/40)、arctan (1/10)、arctan (1/8))5种热泵干燥舱结构,在改变4种入口风速(1.50、2.00、2.50和3.00 m/s)的情况下,对热质交换区内的速度场情况进行了对比实验,得出最优结构。对于该最优结构,在改变3种送风温度(40、50和60℃)的情况下,对其温度场进行分析,校核最优结构的适宜温度范围。结果表明:有静压层且变截面角度为arctan (1/10)的结构最优,推荐入口风速为2.50 m/s,适宜送风温度范围较宽,可根据被干燥物料设定。

Experimental Analysis of the Thermal Performance of a Drying Chamber with Variable-section Configuration for Heat Pump Drying

Abstract:
The velocity field in the area of heat and mass transfer in a drying chamber of heat pump was investigated experimentally and an optimal configuration was determined. Four kinds of inlet velocity (1.50, 2.00, 2.50, and 3.00 m/s) were used and five kinds of chamber structures, i.e., no static pressure layer and no variable cross section, with a static pressure layer but no variable cross section, with both static pressure layer and variable cross section whose angles were arctan (3/40), arctan (1/10), and arctan (1/8) respectively, were compared. Furthermore, the suitable inlet temperature range for the optimized structure was investigated by changing the inlet temperature (40, 50, and 60 ?C). The results show that the structure with both static pressure layer and variable cross section whose angle was arctan (1/10) was the optimal and the inlet velocity was recommended as 2.50 m/s. The inlet temperature can be determined using the dried materials because the suitable inlet temperature range is large.
