自制气体节流冷却射频针性能初探

摘要:
为测试自制气冷射频针的性能,验证气冷射频技术的可行性及有效性,设计了8种实验工况,实验过程中实时记录距射频针0.5cm、1.0cm、1.5cm处的温度值及消融时间,确定氮气压力、射频功率、冷却方式对消融效果的影响。实验结果表明:气冷射频针能显著延长射频消融时间,提高射频针外围的温度,温度提高幅度、消融时间均与氮气压力正相关;同样工况下,间断冷却比先冷时各点温度稍高,消融时间稍长,但并无显著性差异;30W功率时的各点温度均显著高于对应的45W功率时的温度,常温氮气节流后产生的冷量不足以有效延长45W以上功率时的消融时间。
