| 低温冻结保存过程中,冰晶是造成细胞损伤的主要因素之一.本研究运用研制的方向性冰晶生长实验台,定量研究了胞外冰晶对黏附成骨细胞的损伤.结果表明,当冰晶生长方向与黏附成骨细胞中轴线的夹角在0～30度之间时,细胞存活率高达89.3±18.9%,而当它们之间的夹角在30～60度以及60～90度之间时,细胞的存率分别为49.0±19.0%,42.8±15.8%,表明细胞存活率与胞外冰晶与黏附细胞的接触面积有关. |
