纳米粒子添加剂对制冷系统材料影响的实验研究

摘要:
综合运用国际通用的制冷剂材料相容性方法,试验研究了添加TiO2、SiO2纳米粒子的HFC134a/矿物油、HTRO2/矿物油与HFC134a压缩机材料的相容性。结果表明,添加纳米粒子的HFCC134a/矿物油、HTR02/矿物油与压缩机材料是相容的,纳米粒子能够有效地改善HFC类制冷剂与矿物油互溶性差而带来了负面影响。实验结果可为在制冷设备中添加纳米粒子以提高机组各方面性能提供应用基础和必要的技术支持。

Abstract:
The compatibility of refrigerating system materials with HFC134a/mineral oil(MO) and HTR02/mineral oil appended with Nanoparticle TiO_2 and SiO_2 was experimentally studied using the alternative materials compatibility research method accepted internationally.The result indicates that HFC134a/MO/nanoparticles and HTR02/MO/nanoparticles are compatible with the refrigerator materials,and the nanoparticle can reduce the negative effect on the compatibility caused by the poor solubility between the HFC and mineral oil.
