汽车空调余热溴化锂吸收式制冷装置的研究

摘要:
为了减少汽车的油耗和提高汽车的动力性,根据现有汽车空调制冷系统、采暖系统及汽车发动机冷却水系统的特点,结合单效溴化锂吸收式冷热水机组的性能,提出溴化锂吸收式制冷系统中的发生器由汽车发动机气缸套、气缸体、气缸盖组成,将溴化锂溶液直接充注在汽车发动机冷却空腔内,从而实现了用一个单效溴化锂吸收式冷热水机组系统替代现有汽车空调的制冷系统、采暖系统及汽车发动机冷却水系统的方案,结构简单.应用热力学、传热学和流体力学的方法,对现有汽车空调系统和单效溴化锂吸收式冷热水机组汽车空调系统进行了理论分析计算比较,得出这一方案是可行的,结构非常紧凑,对未来汽车空调的开发研究具有很高的参考价值.

Abstract:
In order to reduce the consumption of oil and improve the motivity of the automobile, the authors used the ICE's engine block, cylinder liners, and cylinder headers as the generator of the absorption refrigeration system, and the lithium bromide solution was charged into the engine cooling cavities, which might realize the objective using one single-effect lithium-bromide absorption hot-cold water unit to replace the automobile air conditioning refrigeration and heating system and the automobile engine cooling system. Through the theoretical analysis using thermodynamics, heat transfer, and hydrodynamics, the authors find that it is practical to use this project for its simple and compact structure. This device is of great value to the future research and development of the automobile air conditioning system.
