牵引变流器用板翅式热管散热器性能实验研究

摘要:
目前国内铁路进入快速发展时期,牵引变流器作为高速机车核心部件之一,对其有效的散热可提高机车运行的安全性,因此研究牵引变流器冷却系统中的散热器很有必要。通过搭建风洞实验台,研究空气进口温度25~45 ℃、迎面风速5~7 m/s时板翅式热管散热器的换热特性,得到散热器的工作散热量,基板工作温度以及影响换热的主要因素。实验结果表明:正常工作过程中散热器基板的工作温度在70~90 ℃之间; 基板温度升高,换热量也随之增大;散热器换热量受进口空气温度的影响大于受迎面风速的影响。

Abstract:
At present,the railway entered a rapid development period. The traction rectifier is one of the core components of EMU,in which effective cooling can increase the security of the locomotive,so studying the traction converter cooling system is very meaningful. By building a wind tunnel test bench, the heat transfer characteristics of plate-fin heat pipe radiator are experimentally investigated when air inlet temperature is at 25-45 ℃ and air speed is at 5-7 m/s,which include heat dissipation,substrate temperature range and main factors affecting the heat transfer. The results show that the substrate working temperature of radiator is normally at 70-90 ℃; the heat dissipation increases with the increase of substrate temperature; the effect of inlet air temperature on heat dissipation is greater than that of air speed.
