基于车体围护结构稳态热平衡方程,考虑车体外表面对外辐射散热,得到怠速工况下围护结构以及玻璃外表面的温度。然后,通过实验测试发动机舱和后备箱的壁面温度以及乘员舱怠速时的漏风量,从而得出了完整的怠速整车热负荷计算模型。最后,将目标车型在怠速的情况下用模型计算出的负荷值与在环境模拟实验室中测试出的实验值进行了对比,误差在±8%以内。结果表明,提出的怠速的热负荷计算模型合理准确,能够满足工程应用要求。 |

Abstract: |
Based on the thermal equilibrium equation of vehicle envelope considering the impact of external heat radiation, the Newton iteration method was used to calculate both the envelope temperature and the heat flux through the envelope in the idling working condition. Then, a complete thermal load calculation model of vehicle in idling condition was proposed by measuring the body wall temperature of the engine compartment and the trunk and the amount of air leakage. Finally, the thermal load of objective car which was calculated by the new model was compared with the experimental values which were tested in an environmental simulation laboratory. The results showed that the relative errors are within ± 8%, which indicated that the thermal load model was reasonable and accurate in the idling working condition, which could meet requirements of engineering application. |
