热力膨胀阀感温元件特性实验研究

摘要:
热力膨胀阀的感温包是影响膨胀阀性能的主要因素之一,制冷系统常常因为回气温度不稳定导致的温包压力波动而造成振荡,影响系统的稳定运行。在R410A热力膨胀阀的感温包内加入吸附填充物,对带填充物温包的温度压力特性进行了研究,发现温包填充物有效增大了升温压力变化的时间常数,而且温包填充尺寸决定了感温包的工作温度区间,并在家用空调上使用带不同感温包的热力膨胀阀进行了系统实验,发现温包充填物的改进可以减小系统的振荡。
