基于六流程微通道冷凝器的空调样机实验研究

摘要:
采用6流程40扁管微通道冷凝器试制了一台6kW窗式空调样机,在标准焓差实验室提供的T1工况,T3工况和T3最大工况等三种工况下实验研究了该样机的性能,结果表明:在T1工况下与采用传统翅片铜管的样机相比,制冷量提高了4.27%约254W,输入功率减少了204W,而能效比则提高了12.32%,达到了2.28,可见,采用微通道冷凝器能够明显提高空调系统的容量,降低能耗,提高空调效率;T3工况和T3最大工况下该空调样能够保持正常运行,表明该空调样机配置合理,且满足T3类型炎热气候地区的要求。

Abstract:
