| 通过对是否在我国冷水机组产品的国家标准中采用综合部分负荷性能系数IPLV正反两方观点的分析，得出了肯定性结论。提出应对冷水机组产品的COP和IPLV同时考核，并进一步指出应该采用现行国家节能建筑设计规范中的公式和参数。 |

| This article supports the positive views by analyzing the postive and negative sides of adopting integrated part-load value(IPLV) in the national standard.And it also brings forward that the test methods of water-chilling unit should both adopt COP and IPLV,at the same time adopt the formulae and parameters on the effective national standards and rules. |
