内压作用下CO2跨临界制冷热泵系统的可靠性分析

摘要:
根据可靠性理论和材料力学理论,指出了在较高的系统运行压力条件下,影响CO2跨临界制冷热泵系统可靠性的因素;得出了管路可靠度随其所受内压不同时的变化规律.根据这些影响因素及变化规律,指出了提高CO2跨临界制冷热泵系统可靠性的途径是:适当的增加管壁厚度,或者加大所选材料的许用应力,或两者同时增大.这些为进一步研究和开发CO2跨临界制冷热泵系统提供了必要的理论依据.

Abstract:
Based on the reliability theory and material mechanics theories, Indicated the reliability factor in CO 2 transcritical refrigeration and heat pump systems that were influenced by the high operate pressure of the system. The vary law of the reliability degree, when the inside pressure changing, was attained. In terms of the various factors and change laws, the ways that can be improve the reliability of CO 2 transcritical systems were: enhancing the thickness of the pipes properly, enlarging the allowable pressure or both of the them. All of this could provide essential theory basis for further studing and exploiting the CO 2 transcritical refrigeration and heat pump systems.
