通过文献检索和试验研究,分析了与空调制冷用替代工质相匹配的润滑油性能的不足,指出这些不足可以通过添加不同的润滑油添加剂来弥补。进一步分析了各种空调制冷用润滑油添加剂的作用机理,并对极化制冷润滑油添加剂PROA的作用效果进行了试验研究。结果表明PROA可以改善系统的润滑性能,延长压缩机的寿命。 |

Study on mechanism of lubricant additives for alternative refrigerants |

Abstract: |
Based on literature reviewing and experiment studying, the features of various lubricants for HFCs refrigerants are explained and their faults are analyzed. It is pointed out that the faults can be compensated by suitable additives. The mechanism of various additives is studied and experiments are carried out to test the function of polarized lubricant additive PROA. Test results indicate that PROA can better system lubricity and prolong the longevity of compressors. |
