浸没式电池冷却是将电池直接浸泡于冷却液,相比常规间接式液冷、风冷和相变冷却,具有结构简单、降温迅速、均温性能好等优势。本研究统计、归纳总结了目前浸没式电池冷却的相关技术,包括浸没液采选、冷却系统结构设计及其热安全等,并结合上述工作对浸没式电池冷却系统的技术应用进行了全面分析。研究发现浸没式冷却可快速降低电池温度,并能有效提升电池组的温度均一性;另一方面,该技术对电池模组的密封性要求较高,目前尚处于发展起始阶段,需要较多的研究积累克服漏液以及腐蚀等难题。本文将为研究人员对浸没式电池冷却技术的进一步认识、思考和应用等提供帮助。 |

Research Progress of Lithium-ion Batteries' Immersed Cooling Technology for New Energy Vehicles |

Abstract: |
Immersion battery cooling is to immerse the battery directly in coolant, which has the advantages of simple structure, rapid cooling and better temperature uniformity compared with conventional indirect liquid cooling, air cooling and phase change cooling. This study summarizes the relevant technologies of immersion battery cooling, including immersion liquid extraction, cooling system structure design and thermal safety, etc., then comprehensively analyzes the technical application of immersion battery cooling system based on these work. In this study, it is main concluded that immersion battery cooling can reduce the battery temperature at a low level in a short period of time, and can improve the uniformity of battery temperature effectively. On the other hand, this technology has high requirements for the tightness of battery modules, and is still in the initial stage of development, and more research accumulation is required to overcome problems such as leakage and corrosion. This article will provide researchers with further assist in aspects of understanding, thinking and application of immersion battery cooling technology. |
