水平直管内乙醇浆体流动压降数值模拟和实验研究

摘要:
乙醇浆体因其常压下温度与常温温差较大、显热蓄冷量大等特征,可作为冷链运输市场的蓄冷介质。在应用中乙醇浆体的流动特性(尤其是压降)是很重要的特征参数。结合Gidaspow提出的以颗粒相动力学为基础的双流体模型,利用FLUENT研究了水平直管内乙醇浆体流动压降随含固率和流速的变化规律,并将实验结果与数值模拟进行比较,平均偏差为12.8%。

Abstract:
Because of its characteristics of large temperature difference between normal temperature and temperature under normal pressure and large sensible heat storage capacity, ethanol slurry can be used as cold storage medium in cold chain transportation market. The flow characteristics (especially the pressure drop) of ethanol slurry are very important characteristic parameters in application. Combined with the two-fluid model based on particle phase dynamics proposed by Gidaspow, the variation of pressure drop of ethanol slurry flow with solid content and flow rate in a horizontal straight pipe was studied by FLUENT, and the experimental results were compared with numerical simulations with an average deviation of 12.8%.
