-80℃低温冷库在血站、医院以及医疗研究机构的应用越来越多,而目前该温区低温冷库多为传统的复叠式制冷方式,为此设计了一个采用斯特林制冷方式的小型-80℃超低温冷库。基于斯特林制冷机低温效率高的优点,结合低温冷库和斯特林制冷机的特点,设计了一台容积8立方米-80℃低温冷库,分析了低温冷库的结构特点,研究了VIP和聚氨酯发泡层组成的复合绝热层结构,给出低温冷库漏热损失计算方法。基于冷库热负荷选配课题组研制的斯特林制冷机,开展实验研究并验证了本设计方案的可行性,单台斯特林制冷机在200W输入功空载条件下不到10分钟制冷温度可达-80℃,50分钟后最低制冷温度稳定在-160℃左右,在500W输入功下具有180W制冷量,对应COP为0.36。该研究成果对于未来高性能-80 ℃及以下超低温冷库的研究具有一定的参考价值。 |

Research on Stirling-type Low-Temperature Cold Storage at -80℃ |

Abstract: |
The applications of -80℃ low-temperature cold storage in blood stations, hospitals and medical research institutions are increasing. At present, low-temperature cold storage in this temperature mostly uses traditional cascade refrigeration. In this paper, Stirling refrigeration is adopted to cool a -80℃ low-temperature cold storage. Stirling refrigerator has high efficiency performance at low temperature, and a low temperature cold storage with a volume of 1500 liters at -80 ℃ was designed. The structural characteristics of low temperature cold storage are analyzed, and VIP and polyurethane are also studied. The foam layer is composed of a composite insulating layer structure. The calculation methods of heat load of the low temperature cold storage are given. Based on the experimental performance of a Stirling refrigerator developed, the feasibility of the design scheme is verified, a single Stirling refrigerator can reach a cooling temperature of -80°C in less than 10 minutes under no-load conditions with 200W input power and the minimum cooling temperature is stable at around -160°C after 50 minutes, and has a cooling capacity of 180W at 500 W input power, corresponding to a COP of 0.36. The research has certain reference value on future ultra-low temperature cold storage with high performance at -80 ℃ or below. |
