基于分布参数模型的小管径换热器性能预测及参数分析

摘要:
基于分布参数三维模型建立了分体式家用空调室内机小管径换热器的仿真模型,得到了总换热量、显热量、潜热量、制冷剂侧压降以及空气侧压降等参数。揭示了管长、制冷剂流量、风量、空气入口温度及空气入口相对湿度在不同工况下对换热器性能的影响规律,结果表明:针对本文研究的5 mm管径换热器,性能最优时对应的管长区间为0.6~0.7 m,不仅可以保证较大的换热量,同时使得压降处于较低水平。由于换热系数与有效传质时间的综合影响,当风量处于600~700 m3/h区间时,制冷工况下的潜热量达到极大值426W。同时随着空气入口温度的升高,制冷工况下的显热量也会出现先增大后减小的变化趋势。

Performance prediction and parametric analysis of small diameter heat exchanger based on distributed parameter model
Abstract:
Based on the distributed parameter three-dimensional model, the simulation model of the small diameter heat exchanger of the indoor unit of the split household air conditioner is established, and the parameters such as the total heat load, sensible heat load, latent heat load, the refrigerant side pressure drop, and the air side pressure drop are obtained. The effects of the length of tube, mass flow of refrigerant, volume flow of air, air inlet temperature and air inlet relative humidity on the performance of the heat exchanger under different working conditions are revealed. The results show that for the 5 mm diameter heat exchanger studied in this paper, the corresponding tube length range is 0.6 ~ 0.7 m, which can not only ensure a large amount of heat transfer, but also make the pressure drop at a low level. Due to the comprehensive influence of heat transfer coefficient and effective mass transfer time, when the volume flow of air is in the range of 600 ~ 700 m3/h, the latent heat load under cooling condition reaches a maximum of 426W. At the same time, with the increase of air inlet temperature, the sensible heat load under cooling condition will also increase first and then decrease.
