有阀线性压缩机吸气阀片位移特性的可视化实验

摘要:
吸气阀作为J-T节流制冷机用有阀线性压缩机的核心部件,其位移特性会直接影响有阀线性压缩机性能。为了揭示吸气阀片位移特性,本文建立了阀片位移模型,理论分析了阀片厚度、升程和运行频率对阀片位移变化的影响,搭建可视化实验台测量并研究了不同工况下的阀片位移变化和压缩机效率。结果表明:采用0.2mm吸气阀片厚度,0.38mm升程时现有的有阀线性压缩机可获得最佳性能。设计合理的阀片升程限位器高度,可提高压缩机性能,同时阀片形变以及冲击所受应力较小。运行频率较低时,阀片产生颤振现象,压损增大。该研究结果可为簧片阀组的优化和可靠性设计提供参考。

Visualization Experiment of Displacement Characteristics of Suction Valve in a Valved Linear Compressor
Abstract:
As the core component of the valved linear compressor for the J-T throttling refrigerator, the displacement characteristic of the suction valve will directly affect the performance of the valved linear compressor. To reveal the displacement characteristics of the suction valve, a valve displacement model is established in this paper. The effects of valve thickness, lift and operating frequency on the displacement change of valve are analyzed theoretically. A visual experimental bench is built to measure and study the displacement change of valve and compressor efficiency under different working conditions. The results show that the existing valved linear compressor can obtain the best performance when the thickness of the suction valve plate is 0.2mm and the lift is 0.38mm. Reasonable design of the valve lift limiter height can improve the performance of the compressor, and at the same time, the valve deformation and impact are less stressed. At lower operating frequencies, the valve will develop flutter, increasing pressure loss. The research results can provide a reference for the optimization and reliability design of the reed valve manifold.
