两级压缩技术已经被广泛应用于供暖、通风和空调领域,以提高系统能效,但在中小容量冷水机组中鲜少应用,两级压缩对于中小容量冷水机组的能效提升作用有待研究。为此,本文设计开发了一种名义制冷量为175RT的两级压缩水冷螺杆式冷水机组,采用新型转子型线和结构设计研制了两级变频螺杆制冷压缩机,并依据国标GB/T 5773-2016和GB/T 18430.1-2007对本文开发的压缩机和冷水机组进行了实验测试以评估其运行性能。结果表明,本文研发的175RT双级变频螺杆式双螺杆制冷压缩机的容积效率普遍高于96%,等熵效率最高达84.4%。冷水机组在7 ℃出水名义工况下性能系数COP达到7.01,较国标GB 19577-2015一级能效水平高16.83%,部分负荷综合性能系数IPLV达到10.45,较国标GB 19577-2015一级能效水平高39.33%。此外,两级压缩技术能够有效提升水冷螺杆式冷水机组的性能,与无中间冷却相比,中间冷却后冷水机组制冷量和COP分别提升了11%和8%以上。 |

Two-stage compression technology has been widely used in the fields of heating, ventilation and air conditioning, but is rarely used in small- and medium-scale chillers. It is urgent to study the effect of two-stage compression on energy efficiency improvement of small- and medium-scale chiller. In this paper, a two-stage compression water-cooled screw chiller with a nominal cooling capacity of 175RT was developed and equipped with the developed two-stage variable-frequency screw refrigeration compressor by adopting the new rotor profile and structure design. An experimental test was also carried out on the developed screw compressor and chiller according to GB/T 5773-2016 and GB/T 18430.1-2007 to evaluate their operational characteristics. The results show that the volumetric efficiency of the 175RT two-stage variable-frequency twin-screw refrigeration compressor developed in this paper is generally higher than 96%, and the maximum adiabatic efficiency reaches 84.4%. The coefficient of performance (COP) of the chiller reaches 7.01, under the nominal operating condition that the outlet temperature of chilled water is 7 ℃. It is higher than the first-degree energy efficiency of GB 19577-2015 by 16.83%. The integrated part-load value (IPLV) is 10.45, which is higher than the first-degree energy efficiency of GB 19577-2015 by 39.33%. Furthermore, two-stage compression technology can effectively improve the performance of the water-cooled screw chiller. Compared with that without intermediate cooling, the cooling capacity and COP of the chiller with intermediate cooling are increased by more than 11% and 8% respectively. |
