冷库空气幕气流组织及冷风渗透优化

摘要:
在冷藏室、冷冻室等工业制冷设施中,通常在门口安装空气幕来减少操作过程中库门短时间开启所造成的冷量泄露。传统空气幕存在诸如风速衰减快,阻断效果差等弊端,因此对于空气幕气流组织的优化以及冷库密封效果的研究很有必要。本文对自主设计的空气幕装置进行了三次针对风速优化的结构性改造(1.改进安装了小型静压箱和渐缩喷口,2.改进在静压箱中安装了导流叶片,3.设置了回风系统)。通过在空气幕出风截面上布置风速测点的方法,对所设计空气幕的风速在0m~1.2m内的衰减情况进行了测量,结果表明加装静压箱和渐缩喷口对于送风前半程的风速提升较大,安装导流叶片对于风速库门后半程的风速优化影响较大,回风系统会使后半程风速有所提高。最后,使用基于气体示踪法的冷风渗透实验对不同配置的空气幕系统进行了有效性测试。单层风幕、双层风幕和三层风幕的有效性分别为0.16、0.19和0.22,单层循环风幕、双层循环风幕和三层循环风幕的有效性为0.29、0.38和0.43。

Abstract:
In industrial refrigeration facilities such as refrigerators and freezers, air curtains are usually installed at the door to reduce the leakage of cold energy caused by the short-term opening of the door during operation. Traditional air curtains have disadvantages such as fast wind speed attenuation and poor blocking effect, so it is necessary to optimize the airflow organization of air curtains and study the sealing effect of cold storage. In this paper, the self-designed air curtain device has been structurally modified three times for wind speed optimization (1. Improved installation of small static plenum and tapered nozzles, 2. Improved installation of guide vanes in the static plenum, 3. Set up return air system). By arranging the wind speed measuring points on the air outlet section of the air curtain, the attenuation of the wind speed of the designed air curtain within 0m~1.2m is measured. The results show that the installation of the static pressure box and the tapered nozzle will greatly increase the wind speed in the first half of the air supply, and the installation of the guide vanes will have a greater impact on the wind speed optimization in the second half of the wind speed storehouse door. improved. Finally, the effectiveness of the air curtain system with different configurations is tested using the cold air infiltration experiment based on the gas tracer method. The effectiveness of single-layer air curtain, double-layer air curtain and three-layer air curtain are 0.16, 0.19 and 0.22, respectively, and the effectiveness of single-layer circulating air curtain, double-layer circulating air curtain and three-layer circulating air curtain are 0.29, 0.38 and 0.43.
