逆布雷顿空气制冷系统研究进展

摘要:
由于机械制造技术和热回收技术的发展,环境友好的逆布雷顿空气制冷系统得以快速发展和广泛应用。介绍了空气制冷循环原理,阐述了回热、双级压缩、双级膨胀、级联、正压负压循环、开式闭式循环、混合工质循环等7种系统的构成、性能特性、优缺点及应用领域;对比了三种回热方案、正压负压循环、开式闭式循环的优缺点;总结归纳了膨胀机、换热器、除湿装置3个关键部件的优化方法、优缺点及其发展现状;总结和展望了逆布雷顿空气制冷系统的关键技术和研究方向。

Review of Reverse Brayton Cycle Air Refrigeration System
Abstract:
Due to the development of machinery manufacturing technology and heat recovery technology, the environmentally friendly reverse Brayton air refrigeration system has been rapidly developed and widely used. The principle of air refrigeration cycle is introduced, and the composition, performance characteristics, advantages, disadvantages and application areas of 7 systems including heat recovery, two-stage compression, two-stage expansion, cascade, positive and negative pressure cycle, open closed cycle, and mixed working fluid cycle are explained; Compared the advantages and disadvantages of three regenerative schemes, positive and negative pressure cycles, and open and closed cycles; Summarized the optimization methods, advantages and disadvantages of the three key components of the system, the expander, the heat exchanger, and the dehumidification device, and their development status. The key technologies and research directions of the reverse Brayton air refrigeration system are summarized and prospected.
