多管阵列相变储热装置在日光温室的应用研究 |

为研发适用于日光温室简易相变储热装置,本文提出了一种基于硬脂酸丁酯相变材料的多管(PVC)阵列储热结构,改造新疆吐鲁番的一个既有日光温室,实验研究改造后日光温室热环境。结果发现表明:相同光照时间(冬季光照6 h)条件下,黑表面储热装置的蓄热量比白表面大66.7%;对比三种直径PVC管材硬脂酸丁酯蓄热体,直径75mm最为适合。与传统日光温室对照,采用多管阵列储热的日光温室的夜间平均温度提高1.2℃以上,硬脂酸丁酯的单位实际蓄热量可达163 kJ/kg(包含显热)。本文多管阵列储热结构具有造价低廉、安全可靠、简单易行等特点,可在日光温室的规模化应用。 |

Application of Multi Tube Array Phase Transformation Heat Storage Device in Solar Greenhouse |

Abstract: |
To develop the simple and low-cost heat storage device for solar greenhouse, the paper proposed a multi-tube (PVC) array heat storage structure based on butyl stearate phase transformation material. The thermal environment of greenhouse that introduced multi-tube array heat storage device had been studied through a series of experiments. The results indicated that the heat storage capacity of the device with black surface is 66.7% higher than that with white surface under the same light condition. Compared to the other diameters of 50mm and 110mm, the heat storage-release performance was better when using the PVC pipe of 75mm to contain the butyl stearate. Moreover, in contrast with traditional solar greenhouse without heating method, the nighttime average temperature of the solar greenhouse with multi tube array heat storage device was increased by more than 1.2 ℃, and the unit actual heat storage capacity of butyl stearate can reach 163 kJ/kg (including sensible heat). Therefore, the multi tube array heat storage device with its significant advantages of low cost, safety, and simplicity can be widely applied in the solar greenhouse. |
