干燥工艺在工农业生产中耗能巨大,研究和应用实践表明相比于其他干燥技术,热泵干燥技术具有较好的节能效果和经济效益。CO2作为自然工质对环境友好,而且跨临界CO2循环放热过程具有明显的温度滑移,相比常规工质冷凝温度恒定的亚临界循环,更适合用于热泵干燥工艺。本文阐述了跨临界CO2热泵干燥系统的研究现状。从CO2热泵干燥应用的可行性、系统模型建立与关键参数分析、实验研究以及系统优化等几个方面进行了深入讨论,并且总结了各种CO2热泵干燥系统优化方式的优缺点。本文还提出了目前跨临界CO2热泵干燥系统研究中存在的问题,并且为CO2热泵干燥技术未来的研究应用提供参考。 |

Research Status and Progress of Transcritical CO2 Heat Pump Drying System |

Abstract: |
The drying process consumes a lot of energy in industrial and agricultural production, research and application practice show that compared with other drying technologies, heat pump drying technology has better energy-saving effects and economic benefits. As a natural working medium, CO2 is environmentally friendly and the transcritical CO2 cycle has obvious temperature slip, which is more suitable for heat pump drying than the subcritical cycle with constant condensation temperature of conventional working fluid. In this paper, the research status of transcritical CO2 heat pump drying is system described. The feasibility application, system model establishment and key parameter analysis, experimental research, system optimization of CO2 heat pump drying were discussed in depth. The advantages and disadvantages of various CO2 heat pump drying system optimization methods are summarized. This paper also proposes the existing problems in the current research of transcritical CO2 heat pump drying system, and provides a reference for the future research application of CO2 heat pump drying technology. |
