摘要:According to the need for viscosity measurement of refrigerant mixtures, a new rotatable capillary viscometer is developed and designed. It is adequate for the viscosity investigation of the low boiling point liquid mixtures. A rotatable capillary viscometer is embedded in a pressure vessel. It combines the rotation method and the pressure vessel to realize the continuous experiment and eliminates the error brought from the deflation, which can repeat the viscosity measurement of the low boiling point liquid mixtures in the high pressure. The rotatable capillary viscometer was calibrated by R22 and R290 and checked by R410A. According to the results, the relative deviation of the viscometer has been controlled to be less than 0.81%.
摘要:At present,the railway entered a rapid development period. The traction rectifier is one of the core components of EMU,in which effective cooling can increase the security of the locomotive,so studying the traction converter cooling system is very meaningful. By building a wind tunnel test bench, the heat transfer characteristics of plate-fin heat pipe radiator are experimentally investigated when air inlet temperature is at 25-45 ℃ and air speed is at 5-7 m/s,which include heat dissipation,substrate temperature range and main factors affecting the heat transfer. The results show that the substrate working temperature of radiator is normally at 70-90 ℃; the heat dissipation increases with the increase of substrate temperature; the effect of inlet air temperature on heat dissipation is greater than that of air speed.
摘要:This article introduces the structure, dusting mechanism and other functions of wet-type dust remover with metal filler, which can effectively make up the deficiency of the traditional fiber filter. The experiments test its performance on the conditions of different gas flow velocity and sprinkling rate. The results show the wet-type metal filler filtration system has higher filter efficiency which is up to 75% at the following work condition, air flow velocity: 1.2 m/s, sprinkling rate: 1.0 m3/h. This kind of system can be widely used in centralized central air conditioning or ventilation system.
摘要:To address thermal conductivity of paraffin wax (PW), carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were mixed with PW to form PW-CNTs composites.PW-CNTs composites has been prepared with various mass fractions (1% 、2%、5%) of carbon nanotubes.The thermal properties including phase transition temperature,latent heat of phase change,thermal conductivity and thermal stability during the phase change process are investigated.The phase change property was characterized using differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and the thermal conductivity was measured by using transient hot wire method.The results show that with the increasing of mass fraction of CNTs, thermal conductivity become larger, and the latent heat decrease gradually.Phase transition temperature of PW-5CNTs is 4-8 ℃,latent heat of phase change is 137.6-142.7 kJ/kg,thermal conductivity is 0.28 W/(m?K)(liquid), and PW-5CNTs have good enough stability to be widely used as cool storage materials.
