      摘要:According to the historical records of outdoor air temperature(OAT)in a certain city and the weather fore-cast report from the observatory,an algorithm with oblivion function to predict OAT in a city was proposed.The expo-nential function was used as the oblivion function and the parameter in the function was recommended.Examinations show that the prediction model of a certain city possesses a high accuracy via comparing the predicted temperatures and measured ones.Based on this prediction model,a map-based prediction algorithm for OAT along the transporta-tion lines is set up considering the location,schedule and predicted temperatures of related cities along the transporta-tion line.An example on insulated transportation was adopted to present the OAT prediction along the transportation line.

      摘要:The heat transfer characteristics of carbon dioxide in a horizontal tube with water in the vertical cross flow form was ex- perimentally investigated. The results indicate that the changes of inlet pressure, mass flux, and cooling water flow have great effects on the heat transfer performance. The variations of Reynolds number and Prandtl number were obtained in counter flow and vertical cross flow. The four conventional correlations for convection heat transfer of supercritical CO2 were verified by the experimental data in this study and the correlation fit for this experimental condition was determined.

    • Research on Improving the Performance of Air- source Heat Pump

      摘要:The problems for heat pumps operating at low ambient temperatures were analyzed.A by-pass capillary tube was added on the discharge pipe behind the four-way valve and a tube was added in an accumulator in a heat pump system to solve the problem.The minimum heat transfer area of the tube for subcooling and the optimal length range of the by-pass capillary tube were determined.The experiment results show that heat output of the improved heat pump increased greatly at low ambient temperatures.

      摘要:Long stem Chinese cabbages planted in Tianjin were used as experimental samples.The relationship be-tween handling capacity and vacuum pre-cooling's time was investigated.The empirical equation of the relationship between weight loss and handling capacity of Chinese cabbage was achieved.Chinese cabbages were wrapped with preservative film and were put in the boxes which had holes in both sides.The effect of using wrapping boxes and pr-eservative film on vacuum pre-cooling of Chinese cabbages was analyzed.Based on vapor condensation theory,the equation of Chinese cabbage's weight loss was fitted and it was confirmed by the experimental data.

    • Intracellular Ice Formation of Mouse Osteoblasts During Cryopreservation

      摘要:Intracellular ice formation(IIF)is one of the factors that causes cell damage during cryopreservation pro-cess.The study of IIF will provide fundamental information for the development of appropriate cryopreservation proto-cols.The possibility of IIF at various cooling rates for mouse osteoblasts was studied by using a cryomicoscopy sys-tem.The water transportation and ice nucleation parameters were used in the coupled water transport.ice nucleation model to predict the probability of IIF over a wide range of cooling rates.The calculated probability of IIF was in good agreement with the experimental data,suggesting the validity of the predicted parameters.

      摘要:An experimental study was carried out for the characteristics of boiling heat transfer of R134a on single hori-zontal double-enhanced tubes in flood evaporation.In addition,the thermal resistances of the tested tubes were dia-grammatically obtained with the Wilson plot technique.The result shows that under the same conditions,the fin num-ber of per inch,the type of cavity,the number of cavity,the diameter of orifice,and the symmetrical cavity could all influence the heat transfer on the outside,and the improvement of inside structure could increase the overall heat transfer coefficient and change the inside fluid pressure drop.

      摘要:Thermodynamic properties of refrigerant-oil mixture are the foundation to predict performance of refrigeration system and evaluate influence of oil on heat transfer and pressure drop.Models of thermodynamic and transport proper-ties of POEVG68and R410A.POEVG68mixture were provided based on the analysis of the state-of-the-art correla-tions.The new models were developed by modifying coefficients in existing correlations with multiple regression method according to experiment data.The maximum deviations of the predicted values of these models to experiment data lied within5%.These models can be used for R410A.POE VG68to obtain the accurate and reliable thermodynamic and transport parameters in order to evaluate the influence of POE VG68on the performance of R410A refrigeration system.

    • Study on Frosting of Air- Cooled Heat Pump Evaporator

      摘要:A mathematical model of air-cooled heat pump finned-tube evaporator was been set up to calculate local performance of the evaporator.The model considers the difference of heat and mass transfer under dry,wet,and frosting conditions and the frost formation varying along tubes.The ordinary finned-tube evaporator was studied theoretically.The computing result shows that the frost layer is not very uniform on the evaporator and it reduces heat transfer of the evaporator.An improved evaporator structure was developed and the heat transfer falling rate of the ordinary evaporator is1.5times larger than that of the improved one.The numerical results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
