摘要:The compatibility of refrigerating system materials with HFC134a/mineral oil(MO) and HTR02/mineral oil appended with Nanoparticle TiO_2 and SiO_2 was experimentally studied using the alternative materials compatibility research method accepted internationally.The result indicates that HFC134a/MO/nanoparticles and HTR02/MO/nanoparticles are compatible with the refrigerator materials,and the nanoparticle can reduce the negative effect on the compatibility caused by the poor solubility between the HFC and mineral oil.
摘要:An experimental system driven by an oil- free compressor was developed to investigate the dynamic characteristics of the mixture composition variations in the closed throttling refrigeration cycle. A typical mixed - refrigerant was used to measure its composition shift. The experimental results show the variation of mixture composition and distribution characteristics at different quantity of mixture charged in a cryocooler system. The mixture composition variations at different temperatures were also measured. The mixture composition shift features were finally obtained.
摘要:Through dividing electronic expansion valve from evaporator system and based on constant gain of superheat open loop rule, the compensation theory of valve head was analyzed. On the basis of compensation theory and the characteristic experiment results, a valve head was designed which has compensation function for evaporator nonlinear characteristic. Moreover, a series of comparison tests were performed. The result shows that the compensation valve head improved the control characteristic of electronic expansion valve and the superheat of the evaporator decreased.

摘要:On the basis of analyzing the effects of clearance volume on the performance of a rotary compressor,the clearance volume of the rotary compressor was reduced and the modified rotary compressor was tested.The experimental results show that the clearance volume has effect on the performance of the rotary compressor and the performance is improved when the clearance volume decreases.Compared with the original compressor,the refrigerating capacity and COP of the modified compressor increase by about 2.43% and 3.23%,respectively.However,the noise of the modified rotary compressor rises,but its value is still less than national standards requirement(66 dB).
摘要:The effects of the outdoor air temperature and humidity on the frosting characteristics of the fin - tube evaporator coils of an air source heat pump were investigated experimentally. The variations of the evaporating temperature and the air flow rate due to the frost accumulation on the coils were considered in the experiments. The frost thickness was measured by using micro- photograph, and the frost accumulation mass was estimated by using the difference in measured humidity before and after the test evaporator. The experimental results indicate that the frost accumulation mass increases linearly with the frosting time, but the growth rate of the frost thickness could be divided into three stages, initial stage, constant speed stage, and sharply increasing stage. In the sharply increasing stage, which occurred in the last period with 20% -30% total frosting time, the growth rate of the frost thickness was 2.4-3.3 times as big as that in the constant speed stage. In addition, it is found that the frost formation rate was maximized when the outdoor air temperature was about 0 - 3% with different outdoor air relative humidity, and the effect of the relative humidity on the frost thickness growth was more than on the frost accumulation mass rate.
摘要:In the study, fresh unripe maize ear was modeled by a two - layer coaxial infinite cylindrical shell based on different physical properties of kernels and cob. The mathematical model is built and solved by the method of improving the enthalpy manner. The research results show the model can be used for predicting the freezing time of the foodstuffs holding two- layer coaxial infinite cylindrical shell and the maximum relative error is 5.6%, the moving velocity of the phase change boundary in the part of corn cob is obviously slower than that of the corn kernel, and the freezing time at different velocity of the air flow becomes very different.
摘要:The influences of ratio of piston displacement(RPD),volumetric efficiency,and indicated efficiency of two-stage compressors on refrigerating capacity were analyzed to find a simplified method to calculate refrigerating capacity of a two-stage compression refrigeration cycle.By some simplifications and the relation of RPD and intermediate temperature,a simplified formula for refrigerating capacity of a two-stage compression refrigeration cycle was developed based on the piston displacement of high pressure stage.The present formula was verified with practical examples.The results show that the value of refrigerating capacity calculated with the present formula agrees well with that with the original method.

摘要:Large-scale water chiller operates under partial load at most of the time,studying the law of compressor energy efficiency ratio(EER) varying with load ratio can provide fundamental basis for the chiller running in high efficiency that.The mathematical model to determine EER,evaporating temperature and condensing temperature of single water chiller was proposed in this paper.Under the uniform load distribution condition,the mathematical model of EER with multiple same type units but different parallel operation modes was established according to different ways of bearing partial load,the operating characteristic of units were also analyzed.The results showed that the centrifugal water chiller can maintain higher EER only at 70%-100% load ratio,EER decreases sharply with the decrease of load ratio,the units' operation is controlled by single unit's load rating according to total load reduction,which can keep the total EER at high level within a wide load range.
摘要:A simulating test- bed of refrigerated transportation condition was designed and constructed. The test- bed consists two parts. The first part is a simulating unit of exterior environment, which could simulate temperature condition , humidity condition , and velocity condition by controlling the machine. Moreover, these parameters could be adjusted and assembled discretionarily. The second part is a simulating unit of refrigerated transportation container. The place and size of its entrance and exit could be adjusted, the direction and quantity of the wind can be changed discretionarily in this unit, and temperature, humidity and atmosphere component could be assembled and adjusted.
