摘要:The desiccants such as silica gel,active alumina,active carbon,and molecular sieve,are employed to purify the contaminations in the refrigerant system.With the development of new refrigerants,the properties of desiccants need to be improved.Based on the analysis on the different preparations of the desiccants,the following two concepts were presented:(1) to increase water capacity and compatibility with the refrigerants or the refrigeration oil;(2) to simplify the techniques and to reduce the cost.Because of homogeneous aperture of the molecule structure,high specific surface area,and selectivity adsorption,the molecular sieve desiccant is the most applicable desiccant material.It is necessary for us to study the molecular sieve desiccant preparation techniques and the modification of the molecular sieve.
摘要:In this study,the definition of heating/cooling capacity ratio(HCR) of heat pump type air-conditioner was presented,and the relationship between supply HCR(HCR_S) and demand HCR(HCR_D) was described.The hourly loads simulated were analyzed for a typical residential building in Haerbin,Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen faced to different directions and with different air-conditioner running schedules.HCR_D range and distribution of ordinary buildings and energy saving buildings at different places were obtained according to the performance characteristics of the standard heat pump type air-conditioner under different conditions.
摘要:The phase holdup caused by the velocity difference in the two-phase flow is one of the most important reasons for the composition shift of multicomponent mixtures.A model for calculating the composition shift was described.The Palmer modified Beggs-Brill-Moody correlation was employed in the calculation.With this model,influences of pipe angle and fluid temperature on the composition shift were discussed.The results show that the increase of the angle affects the hold-up obviously and then the composition shift varies greatly.The variation of the mixture concentration only occurs in the two-phase region and the concentration variation of different compositions changes with the temperature.
摘要:Using non-azeotropic refrigerant mixture R32/R134a as the working fluid,the experimental study on the horizontal micro-fin tubes was conducted.Several factors affecting pressure drop were analyzed,and the characteristics of flow boiling and pressure drop of the mixture in the horizontal micro-fin tubes were discussed.Based on the experimental data,the acceleration resistance was calculated according to the phase separation model,and the empirical correlations for frictional resistance were obtained.The calculation result is well consistent with the experimental data.
摘要:The performance of small room air conditioners using R290 as a substitute for R22 was studied in this study.Tests were conducted for a KF-26GW/K air conditioner and a high EER KFR-27GW/E air conditioner.The charging quantity,the lengths of single capillary and double capillary,and the performance of regenerative cycle with R290 were investigated,respectively.The test results show that the optimum charging quantity of R290 is about 50% of the original charging quantity of R22,and the refrigeration capacity can reach about 97.2% of the R22 system and the EER can increase by up to 12.6%.In addition,the refrigeration capacity of regenerative cycle with R290 will be little lower than that of the R22 system.
摘要:The model was presented to investigate the performance of Auto-cascade Absorption Refrigeration Cycle(ACAR) using R32+R134a/DMF as working pairs in this study.The effects of the factors such as composition of working pairs,generation temperature,condensation temperature,and absorption temperature,on the performance of the cycle were also calculated and analyzed.
摘要:Frost removing of air-source heat pump results in shortage of heat output,chilly air flow,and less comfortable interior environment in winter.In our study,a new method to solve the problem of frost-removing in air-source heat pump units was proposed using phase-change energy storage technique.The thermal storage equipment filled with DX40 phase-change material was connected to the air-source heat pump unit.In heating cycle,the heat pump unit provides heat to both indoor air and the phase-change heat storage equipment.In frost-removing cycle,the thermal storage equipment provides heat to indoor air in order to make the room comfortable,the frost-removing quicker,and the unit more efficient.The experimental results show that the air-source heat pump connected with the phase-change thermal storage equipment performs well.
摘要:The effect of non-condensable gases in the progress of condensation heat transfer were described.In this research,a new way of eliminating this effect in an auto-cascade refrigeration cycle was proposed.In addition,the calculation for the coefficient of the heat exchanger with existence of non-condensable gas and the relative experiment were performed.The experiment result shows that the present new way can strengthen the condensation heat transfer in the auto-cascade refrigeration cycle.The coefficient of condensation heat transfer is close to that with the pure working substance under the same condition.
摘要:Extreme heat environment is abominable environment,which is mainly involved with high air temperature and high humidity in some special places where people work.Heat stress is a description of extreme heat environment human body suffers.Research and evaluation to these kinds of extreme heat environments relate to labor safety and working reliability.In this study,the characteristics of Wet-Bulb Globe Temperature,Sreq,the physiologic index in ISO9886 standard and other two evaluation indices were described;the usage technique and the limitation of these indices were also analyzed and discussed.The results show that it is more practicable and important to evaluate the extreme heat environment with an integrated assessment approach considering human bodies' physiology response changes.
摘要:The performance of a gas turbine is related to environmental temperatures and its output decreases with the increase of gas inlet temperature, which can be solved by cooling the inlet gas.In this paper,the direct contact method and the indirect contact method applied to cool the inlet gas are described.Their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.The principle for selecting cooling method is discussed.It is suggested that the comprehensive technical and economical analysis including the tariff difference of peak-to-peak load,funds,climate parameters,and annual operation hours should be considered for the selection.
摘要:This article supports the positive views by analyzing the postive and negative sides of adopting integrated part-load value(IPLV) in the national standard.And it also brings forward that the test methods of water-chilling unit should both adopt COP and IPLV,at the same time adopt the formulae and parameters on the effective national standards and rules.
