摘要:In our study, we chose crown daisy,a representative leaf-vegetable vegetable,to study the relative energy saving and the temperature decrease rate experimentally. The vacuum pump was controlled to start at different inlet water temperatures of the condenser pipe. The result shows that it can save energy and the temperature decrease rate is rapid if the vaccum pump starts running when the proportion of the saturation pressure corresponding to condenser pipe inlet water temperature to the saturation pressure corresponding to the experiment object temperature is 0.5.
摘要:Human bone mesenchymal stem cells have become more important in tissue engineering, cells transplanting, and gene therapy. At present,they could be preserved at ultra-low temperatures. But freeze-drying of human bone mesenchymal stem cells is still an unsolved problem. In our research on freeze-drying of human bone mesenchymal stem cells, some lyoprotective solutions including PVP, HES, and trehalose were chosen and mixed. Then heterogeneous nucleation temperatures and the glass transition temperatures of concentrated solution of these solutions were measured by differential scanning calorimetry. In addition, the cells livability of the rehydrated samples after freeze-dried was measured by flow cytometer.It is found that the protocol of 30%PVP+20% trehalose has the higher livability with16.40%.
摘要:Based on the experimental study on the processes of frosting and defrosting of the air conditioner when it works as heat pump, this paper reports a new technique of fuzzy self-tuning defrosting control, which can not only adapt to all weathers but also discern and correct the regulative parameter on line. This technique judges the point at which defrosting begins according to the difference between the evaporating temperature and the outdoor temperature and the ratio of variety of these two temperatures, and evaluates the quality of defrosting in terms of the defrosting time and the temperature of pipes as defrosting ends. Also it adjusts control parameter timely to achieve optimal heating effect. The results of experimental research show that this control method is reliable in a wide climate zone, and can grasp the point at which defrosting starts or ends, and defrosting is clean.
摘要:Comparative assessment on the cycle performances of trifluoroiodomethane(CF 3I), CFC12, HFC134a, HC600, HC290, HFC152a/HCFC22, and CF 3I/HC290 was carried out theoretically under standard and various refrigerator working conditions. The results show that CF 3I and CF 3I/HC290 with CF 3I's mole fraction in range of 0.5-65 are potential substitutes to CFC12 for refrigerator applications.
摘要:The apparent specific heat of rabbit artery during phase transition was measured using the Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC). Further, the effects of concentrations of cryoprotective agent (CPA) on apparent specific heat of rabbit artery were investigated. Experimental results show that the higher the concentration of dimethyl sulphoxide(DMSO) solution is, the lower the peak value of the apparent specific heat is. However, apparent specific heat is much higher after freezing phase transition due to the content of bound water increasing. According to experimental data, the existing approximate formula about apparent specific heat in the phase transition range was also corrected.
摘要:one of the main sub-systems of the experimental device, a cryogenic system uses the sub-cooled liquid nitrogen (LN 2) pressurized to cool the HTS cable and its terminations. This cryogenic system has the sub-cooled LN 2 cycle part and the refrigeration part. The former applies a cryogenic pump to force LN 2 through a heat exchanger in the sub-cooler, the three-phase HTS cable cryostats, and a LN 2 gas-liquid separator. The latter is designed for getting the cooling capacity by decompressing LN 2 to sub-atmosphere, and its maximum cooling capacity is about 3.3 kW and the LN 2 consumed is 72 L/h.
摘要:Based on the reliability theory and material mechanics theories, Indicated the reliability factor in CO 2 transcritical refrigeration and heat pump systems that were influenced by the high operate pressure of the system. The vary law of the reliability degree, when the inside pressure changing, was attained. In terms of the various factors and change laws, the ways that can be improve the reliability of CO 2 transcritical systems were: enhancing the thickness of the pipes properly, enlarging the allowable pressure or both of the them. All of this could provide essential theory basis for further studing and exploiting the CO 2 transcritical refrigeration and heat pump systems.
摘要:Composite and stereoscopic structure with laminated exchanger flake was used on evaporator of freezing chamber.Wing-flakes were fixed outside the refrigerant pipe coil with a S type to increase the refrigeration capacity of the top part and the bottom part of freezing chamber. Freezing chamber was divided into variable temperature areas according to 1:1 proportion.A temperature sensor controls On-Off of an double steady states electro-magnetic valve so that cut-over of refrigerant circuit can be completed. Variable temperature areas might be used as freezing chamber, lower-degree freezing chamber, or cold storage chamber and also could be shut off. By the optimizing design of the condenser structure, direction and position of anti-condensation pipe and evaporator, circling-gas exchanger and by matching the load of compressor, condenser ,and evaporator, a direct cooling refrigerator, BCD-186CHS,was recently developed. It consumes 0.39 kWh per day under the maximum load, and less than 0.35kWh even 0.31 kWh per day when the variable temperature chamber is operating under economy condition.
