    • Experiment Study on Primary Influencing Factors of Gas Hydrate Cool Storage

      摘要:A visual system with the capacity of 0.16m3 has been built up to investigate the cool storage with the HCFC-141b hydrate as the cool storage medium. The experimental results indicate that agitation has significant effect on the formation of gas hydrate. Even with the low supper-cooling degree, the hydrate can be formed with continuous agitation. The cool storage capacity increases and the formation is easier with the increasing flow or decreasing medium temperature. While the spraying and the history of gas hydrate has little effect on the formation temperature and cool storage capacity.

    • Experiment on Sonocrystallisation of Gas Hydrate

      摘要:The sonocrystallisation experiment of gas hydrates within a water bath was carried out in a 15 kHz ultrasonic field. First, the influence of the different positions of the probe in the liquids on the process was investigated. Second, the comparison of the results at different supercooling was performed. A great deal of gas hydrate slurry was observed just in 5s after ultrasonic waves passed through the fluid system, and nucleation less depends on the supercooling. However, the growth time decreases with the supercooling increase. The energy consumption is lower under the same conditions with the probe at the interface. It is suggested that these results be caused by the effects of the ultrasonic cavitation.

      摘要:Considering R404A as a pure and mixed refrigerant respectively, the boiling heat transfer coefficients were calculated inside horizontal 9.52 mm o.d. microfin tube. The difference of less than 10% between the two calculations shows that R404A can be taken as pure fluid in practical calculation. Cavallini, Koyama and Thome correlations for boiling heat transfer inside microfin tube all indicate that the convective heat transfer plays a predominant role in total boiling heat transfer. The predicted values by the above correlations were compared with the experimental data. The result shows that Cavallini and Thome correlations can well predict the boiling heat transfer of azeotropic mixture R404A with the error of less than 21%.

      摘要:Fibroblast is a crucial kind of cell in the construction of tissue engineered dermal equivalent. The cryopreservation of fibroblast has great significance to the tissue-engineered dermis. The pretreatment processes and three different cryopreservation methods of fibroblast were studied in this study. And the cell viability, the temperature history, and instruments required of these three methods were compared. In addition, the influences of DMSO concentration, and pretreatment time, and temperature on cell viability were also invesgated.

      摘要:A hydrophilic polymer coating was prepared and used to release the frost formation in a series of experiments. The frost surface temperature and frost thickness were measured on the coated surface and uncoated copper surface, respectively, and the results were compared. The experimental results show that the onset of the frost formation on the coated surface can be retarded about 5-55mins, even over 3 hours in some certain conditions below the freezing point. Moreover, the frost thickness greatly reduces by 40%. Furthermore, the frost layer deposited on the coated surface is looser than that on the uncoated surfaces and thus can be removed by external force more easily. The effects of the polymer coating thickness on frost formation was studied and it is found that under ordinary conditions the effectiveness of frost suppression of the polymer coatings increases with the coating thickness due to the increased ability to absorb water.

    • Investigation on Performance Evaluation Indices for Quick- freezers

      摘要:The performance evaluation indices of quick-freezers were discussed. The analysis shows that there is a limitation in evaluating the performance for quick-freezing installation using COP, frozen velocity, and the energy consuming of frozen-food per mass quality. Based on the analysis of the air flow organization and the total performance in the freezer, three new items namely energy utilization efficiency, efficiency of airflow organization, and uniform coefficient of air flow organization were proposed to compare the performance for quick-freezers. Moreover, the performance indices were applied to analyze the performance and to evaluate and compare different quick-freezers. The results indicate that the improvement of the airflow organization is critical to the higher performance and the problem with the quick-freezers can be detected with these new indices.

      摘要:The properties of fluorinated ether mixtures HFE-143a/HFE-218 were calculated using the vapor pressure and temperature equations. Comparison between these mixtures and the other HCFC-22 alternatives was conducted. The feasibility and superiority of these mixtures was analyzed. The result shows that the mixtures HFE-143a/HFE-218 can be used as refrigerants to replace HCFC-22.

    • Analysis of Frosting Model And Its Affecting Factors

      摘要:Analysis of factors affecting frost is helpful to understand the frost formation mechanics and anti-frost methods. Based on the assumed conditions, effects of inlet air temperature, relative humidity, velocity and temperature of cold surface on frost amount and frost thickenss were analyzed by considering the mass and heat conservation during the frosting process. The calculated results show that the temperature of cold surface and the relative humidity of inlet air have a stronger effect on frosting than the velocity of inlet air.

      摘要:Compared with conventional vapour compression system, the refrigerator using Free-piston Stirling cooler (FPSC) based on reverse Stirling cycle has the advantages of high efficiency, green refrigerant, large range of cooling temperature, low starting current and easy capacity modulation operation. It's also energy saving and environment protecting. The advantages of using it in small capacity and low temperature refrigerators are analyzed according to the characteristics of FPSC. The research overview of Stirling refrigeration system in foreign countries is introduced, and then the prospects of developing Stirling refrigerator technology in our country are expected.

      摘要:The exergy efficiency of the existing air-conditioner and the electric water heater were analyzed from the viewpoint of the utilization of the available energy. The results indicate that the utilized efficiency of the available energy for the electric water heater is far less than that for the heat pump. Moreover, the patent of the annual energy-saving multifunctional modified from the existing air conditioner for air conditioning and hot water is first into the open. The test results indicate that the power consumption of this new set can be less than that of the existing electric water heater by 70%-80%.

    • Analysis of Tube Material for Heat Exchanger of Refrigerator

      摘要:Objective The relationships between properties, manufacturing process, and economy of the heat exchanger tube materials including copper, steel, and aluminium. The feasibility and the application value of replacement technology for refrigerator tube materials were discribed. The results show that the performance of the refrigerator with the replacement materials will not be lowered, but material and manufacturing cost will decrease.
