摘要:The air curtain characteristic plays a very important role on the performance of vertical refrigerated display case. The transient temperature of the display case shelves was measured for studying the temperature variation and distribution in the display case by changing the number and the velocity of air curtain. The result shows that it is necessary to keep three air curtains in a vertical open low temperature display case and the performance of the display case can be improved by selecting reasonable air curtain velocities.
摘要:Surface tension of 62 wt% lithium bromide solution without and with several six-carbon, seven-carbon and eight carbon alcohol additives such as 4-methyl-2-pentanol, 2-ethyl-1-butanol, 1-hexanol, 2,4-dimethyl-3-pentanol, 4-heptanol, 2-heptanol, 1-heptanol, and 2EH were measured by Wilhelmy plate method. Compared with the experiment results of absorption of water vapor into lithium bromide solution using a simple stagnant pool absorber for the same number carbon's additives, it is shown that the lower the surface tension of aqueous LiBr solution with an additive, the better the effect of absorption enhancement by the corresponding additive.
摘要:According to the characteristics of the falling film absorption in the absorbers employed on boats, a physical and mathematical model of momentum, heat and mass transfer of falling film absorption in a swaying tube with TFE/NMP solution was established. The model takes into account the effects of swaying accessional inertia forces on the distributions of film thickness, velocity, temperature, and concentration of falling film. A combination of integral and completely implicit finite volume method was adopted to solve the governing equations. By analyzing the computational results, it is shown that the distributions of the parameters inside the falling film, such as velocity, temperature, and concentration, take on the traits of periodicity and symmetry due to the existence of the swaying accessional inertia forces in the process of the falling film absorption under a swaying status using TFE/NMP as working fluid.
摘要:The oscillation tube which is a very important part of the gas wave refrigerator is the place of energy exchange between the gas ripping into tube and the gas in tube. Its structure largely influences the performance. Based on analyzing influence of several structural oscillation tubes on performance of gas wave refrigerator, the structure, refrigeration principle and flow in oscillation tube with two-ports were analyzed. Its influences on performance of the refrigerator were experimented. The results show that oscillation tube with two-ports not only eliminates the reflected shock wave and improves the refrigeration efficiency but also largely optimizes the structure of the machine with volume being 10% of the former.
摘要:Improvement on the chip integration density has to face the restriction from the thermal barrier caused by the heat generation within the electronic elements. Recently, with the rapid progress of the micro/nano electronics, requirement on high performance chip cooling techniques has been further placed at a new high level. Efforts made towards this direction have led to the establishment of a series of new exciting methods. Based on analyzing the heat generation mechanisms of the electronic elements, the newly emerging chip cooling techniques and their practical applications are reviewed. Advantages and shortcomings of these methods and the relative critical issues are evaluated. Prospect in the chip cooling area is also stated.
摘要:The pressure-difference caused by heat and wind are the main factors affecting mass and heat transfer of single spiral quick-freezing installation. At the experimental condition, the cooling loss caused by heat pressure-difference and wind pressure-difference was 3.90kW and 1.48kW respectively, which was larger than the heat load of fender structure (1kW). The results show that heat pressure-difference and wind pressure-difference exist simultaneously and superpose each other. Installing a baffle plate between the entrance and exit can decrease heat pressure-difference. It can reduce wind pressure-difference to make the entrance and exit face paralleling the position of dynamic pressure. The converse interaction of heat pressure and wind pressure is used to modify mass and heat transfer of the entrance and exit and cooling losses. The compared results show that the cooling loss is directly proportional to velocity. When the velocity is reduced 1/3 than the original, the cooling loss is reduced the same ratio.
摘要:As molecular sieve zeolites have great ratio surface areas, a composite adsorbent was prepared by soaking zeolite in the solution of CaCl_2. Various adsorbents were prepared with various concentration solutions. These adsorbent adsorption-desorption performances were measured in the simulative conditions. The refrigerant experiment was made in the simulative refrigeration equipment with the best performance composite adsorbent. The experimental results show that the composite adsorbent has a good adsorption-desorption performance, and the maximum adsorbance is 46.93%. The COP is 0.25, and the SCP is 0.078w/g with the best performance composite adsorbent in the simulative refrigeration equipment, reaching the requirement of solar adsorption refrigeration.
摘要:According to life cycle assessment theory and standards of ISO, the model of life cycle inventory of energy of cooling sources was developed and a method of life cycle assessment was introduced. Common cooling sources (screw chiller, centrifugal chiller, heat-pump chiller, natural gas directed-fired absorption chiller, diesel directed-fired absorption chiller, steam absorption chiller) were calculated in life cycle inventory. Life cycle environmental performance of common cooling sources was evaluated, and the possible aggregating impact results were analyzed by weighting triangle. The results indicate that the relationship of the environmental performance of centrifugal chiller and generation mix is intimate and is distant for natural gas directed-fired absorption chiller. So the comparison of environmental performance of natural gas directed-fired absorption chiller and centrifugal chiller should take into account the electric generation mix. In China generation mix of 1999, the environmental performance of the former was better than that of the latter. In 2010, the environmental performance of the two chillers might be nearly same. In American generation mix of 1999, the environmental performance of the former was worse than that of the latter.
摘要:Special requirements of environmental control system on helicopter were stated. Two kinds of simplified air cycle refrigeration systems that can be applied were described. The working principles of the simplified low-pressure dewater system and the high-pressure dewater system were discussed. Finally the performances were calculated and analyzed. The results show that the refrigeration capacities of these two systems are 4.13kW and 5.56kW respectively. Injected high-pressure dewater system can fully use the bleeds to gain more refrigeration capacity and has less weight relatively.
摘要:Hypobaric Storage is a kind of advanced technology on fresh and live foods at present. The principle and technological characteristic of Hypobaric were stated. Experiments of storage for fruits and vegetables such as snap bean were periodically carried out in hypobaric chamber made by ourselves. Experimental feature and process were described. Variation of appearance, quality, and weight of snap bean in hypobaric storage were compared with those of Controlled-Atmosphere Storage and the traditional storage. Finally, the experimental results were objectively analyzed and summarized.
