      摘要:This paper firstly discussed the flow characteristic of liquid carbon dioxide in a capillary tube; experimental studies on the mass flux of liquid carbon dioxide in capillary tubes with internal diameter at 1.20mm, external diameter at 2.18mm,a certain pressure at the entrance and exit , and different length and different degree of bend were carried out; the refrigerated lorry's heat preservation capacity was tested, the optimal length of a capillary tube matching cooling load of the refrigerated lorry was obtained.

      摘要:On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of changing refrigerating load by means of varying the composition of non-azeotropic mixture and screening the refrigerant mixtures R22/R142b and R32/R124, the testing methods of fixed experience conditions and variable operating conditions have been carried out.The experimental data of the steady state performance have been obtained.It shows that the capacity control can meet the needs of varying refrigerating load with variable working conditions for the non-azeotropic mixtures.

    • Experimental study and develop of hybrid air conditioner

      摘要:Air conditioner with a new hybrid equipment of cooling storage and water heater (ESWAC) is proposed and designed. In summer, storage coils worked as evaporator and ice storage was done during off-peak electrical demand period, and then storage coils were used as super cool exchanger to supercool the refrigerant from the condenser. It cannot only balance power load, but improves the coefficient of performance (COP) of the air conditioner. Moreover, ESWAC can be HP water heater to supply hot water. Finally, experimental study for the operation process of ESWAC prototype has been done. The influence of different structure and position of coils on the performance of ESWAC was studied during the charging period. The results show that ESWAC is feasible. Compared with original air conditioner, average cooling capacity increases by 28.2%, and COP increases by 21.5%. The power of ESWAC is only 36% of that of electrical water heater with the same capacity of hot water.

      摘要:The static gas wave refrigerator which depends on fluidic attachment and switching producing refrigeration was influenced by the movement of shock waved and expanding wave in oscillation tubes. So refrigeration efficiency depends on its oscillation character in large extent.The research on oscillation character can further improve the structure of refrigerator.This paper studied oscillation character when oscillating source was interconnection line and draw the following conclusions:1)To the static refrigerator with interconnection line,when length of tube line is very large the oscillation frequency is only relative to line length,otherwise it is influenced by inlet-pressure and line length.2)The interconnection line is used for lower oscillation frequency.3)The same fluidic can cause different intensity of shock wave in tubes.

    • Theoretical Refrigeration Cycle Analysis of HFC125/HCs Binary Mixtures

      摘要:HFC125/HCs binary mixtures were proposed to be substitute refrigerants. Based on the NIST REFPROP Database, the performances of the theoretical refrigeration cycle were calculated in and analyzed. The COP of the mixture with optimal composition is about 16.9% higher than that of HCFC22 in theory,and the discharge temperature of compressor is lower.

    • Experimental Research on Different Types of Underground Heat Exchangers

      摘要:The experiments on different underground exchangers were carried out to research their exchange performance. The experimental datum on heat extraction and heat rejection of single U and double U models vertical underground pipes was analyzed using heat exchange capacity of unit pipe. The conclusion is that single U models vertical underground pipes is better than double U models. The influence of the flux and the temperature on exchange performance was investigated. The results show that the heat exchange capacity increase when the flux increase; The heat rejection increase and heat extraction decrease when the temperature increase.

      摘要:The refrigeration system is of multi-input and multi-output, in which many operating parameters are related . With the change of environment and indoor heat load, the refrigeration and air-conditioning system almost operate at varying condition. In order to study the actual performance of the system, a frequency adjustment vapor compressor refrigeration and air-conditioning experiment system with integrative multi-loop control is developed, where the air loops between evaporator and condenser are able to simulate the actual work condition, such as variation of environmental temperature, humidity and indoor heat load at any time by adjusting valves in loop. The paper presents design principle, technical parameters, regulating method and data acquisition system. Not only the dynamic relation characteristics among multi- parameters of refrigeration system can be obtained in the experimental system, but also the performance test of single equipment and the comparison among different control methodologies can be carried out. The results provide the experimental basis for dynamic simulation, match among every equipment in the refrigeration cycle and optimize operation control methods.

    • Influence of Heat Exchanger on Performance of Air-Conditioner

      摘要:The internal flow field of air-conditioner are simulated,and the influence on the structure of heat exchanger to the outlet flow and noise of air-conditioner is analyzed.An arc heat exchanger is designed,and the internal flow field of air-conditioner with the arc heat exchanger is simulated.The result of simulation can show that the arc heat exchanger can reduce the noise of air-conditioner and increase the outlet flow of air-conditioner.

      摘要:The heat and mass coupled model was established together with the heat transfer equation in the annular for the combination of air and water cooling under the consideration of the effect of interfacial resistance, variable film thickness, transverse flow and the coolant on the absorption process. Falling film thickness, temperature, and concentration of the solution along the internal wall in the vertical tube were calculated. The effect of coolant inlet temperature, Re number and PE number of the solution on the heat transfer coefficient and absorption flux were analyzed. The results are in a good agreement with the experimental data. The results will be in favor of the design and optimization of the absorber with combination cooling.
